I love to combine fitness and fun! I enjoy helping people to get fitter and healthier but also to have some ‘me time’ and have some fun too. Ways to get fit include, Clubbercise, SH1FT and L!FT, Spinning, Zumba and Aqua zumba, Yoga, Balance and flow, Paracise and gentle conditioning, small group fit camps and 1-2-1 personal training.
Strength doesn't come from what you can do. It comes from overcoming the things you once thought you couldn't.
